1. The adapter that was sent to me isn't the one pictured.2. It barely fit my computer, but I was desperate and it seemed to charge, so I kept it (my mistake!).3. Within two months the power cord separated from the part that plugs into an outlet, and the part that plugs into the adapter, exposing wires at both ends.I wrapped the exposed areas in electrical tape and kept my fingers crossed (and only charged the computer when I was home because I was scared of a fire) and ordered another charger. This purchase was money down the drain. Spend a little more and get an adapter that works, and is safe.

I ordered 2 of these laptop power supplies and both came with no AC cord, so no way to use them. I wrote to the company and they apologized immediately and sent out two AC cords, but they sent the wrong ones; the two power supplies I received required a 3-prong cord and the ones the company sent were 2-prong cords. I wrote the company again and again they apologized and sent two more AC cords right away. Again, they sent the wrong cords. I sent them a third email letting them know it was the last time I was going to try for the right cords. I sent them clear pictures of what I needed and this time, they sent the right cords. They were very apologetic and appeared quite sincere. They resolved the issue of the AC cords as quickly as they could and yes, I would buy from them again,.

It's not as sturdy as the factory charger that came with it. It seems to charge fine, but gets very hot. I also installed a new battery and it still does not hold a charge for more than a day when it has been fully charged and not in use.

This adapter didn't work for my Toshiba notebook, even though it has the same model number as the one I was replacing.

I needed a new adapter for my laptop and I had searched many sites before coming to Amazon (it's a love/hate thing with this site...lol). Amazon had it for much mess than the other sites and I was able to use my Amazon gift card I got for Christmas topay for it and the shipping. Thank you!

Good replacement adapter. Great value as these things can be very pricey at retailers or from the original manufacturer. Old Toshiba Satellite laptop works great with this adapter.

This charger gets really hot and feels like its going to explode. It's not as long as the original charger so you have to sit farely close to your laptop in order to charge it.

This product works great in keeping CPU ,GPU from over heating. If your computer is running hot,add this shim with thermal paste and your problem is solved. It's that simple.
