Excellent quality for watercolour painting

Excellent value for money
I really like this paper. It is very consistent, doesn't buckle and masking tape is easy to remove. But just be aware that the paint doesn't move much so if you like your colours blending and swirling you should look elsewhere.

Great paper
I have not tried this paper before but I’m glad I did. I really like it. It stays wet for a long time and the fades and blends that I created worked really well.

paper size
I ordered this block thinking it was the size as shown on the opening picture, it stated large as well, 30 x 40 cms . It was only after I had done my first painting and then wanted to frame it I realised it wasn't the expected size of 30 x 40 cms. but the next size down 24 x 30 cms. I have tried to contact the seller but not being able to get through I have decided to voice my dissapointment in this review..

Affordable price not a great quality
The paper is cheap for 100% cotton. The pros: the colors look bright. The cons: the paper buckles with heavy washes; even with heavy washes the paint just stays where applied making blending extremely difficult. I also got a cauliflower effect once on this paper - not something that usually happens on cotton paper. Hard pass on this paper next time.
