Very good
At first, my assistant told me that the Magnetic Parts Tray was not magnetic at all, and the screws could not hold. I thought it was impossible. I saw that he had held stainless steel screws. Stainless steel itself is an alloy of three metals: iron, nickel and chromium. Nickel and chromium are not attracted by neodymium magnet. This high quality stainless steel screw contains a lot of nickel and chrome, so it is difficult to attract. I took out the iron screws and the small accessories. The Magnetic Parts Tray can suck them very firmly, even if the magnetic bowl is placed vertically, the accessories will not fall.

BARELY CHEAPER THAN THE HAZET
I THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE THE SAME AS THE HAZET. IT IS NOT. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

Satisfied but still annoying
Got this and as soon as I opened it I could tell the quality of the product. The magnet was falling off. Do not recommend this product. So the seller asked me to take my review down, instead I think I’ll add to it. This product showed up in a bag not a box, the magnet was held on by 4 pieces of cheap 2 sided tape. Once I got the tray to work I scraped all the old material off and and used a bonding compound to glue it back together. Since I have fixed this item it works well. The magnet is kinda weak, but in all a decent product for the cost.

Extremely cheep
I purchased 9 for my shop Technicians for Christmas. The quality is extreamly low grade. I would not say this magnet is strong In anyway. The cup will not hold a 1/4 ratchet on the side of a lift with out starting to slide down. Also some of the cups have logos in the bottom and some do not. I would not recommend this for anyone that is trying to keep anything from falling out. One star because I am unable to give 0.
