The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing: How to Identify the Hottest Markets and Secure the Best Deals

I loved this book. If you want to learn real estate, this is a good book to start. It provides great tips and will open your eyes to new ideas and concepts that will help you in the future.

This book goes into great detail and uses past experiences as examples. Ken McElroy actually provides a real estate book with good information cover to cover. Most of the investing books I have read have one or two chapters of good info. The rest of these books are fluff and irrelevant information. Not this book. It stays on topic and is filled with great information.

Just the book I was looking for and bam wow

Not as much detail as his first book, but a great reference and enjoyed both. Wish there were more examples for how to start a little smaller than million dollar investments, but this is the “advanced” guide. Like the detail for 1031 exchanges, but still didn’t fully understand the specifics about benefits of refinancing

I like the practical examples that the author uses in this book makes it easier to understand the concepts. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to become Real Estate Investor. For the reason that I mentioned it deserves a five stars rating.

A must read for investment minded people. This is not just a what book, it is a how to book. Thanks Ken McElroy and the Rich Dad team!

I really like this book. I recommend it to all my friends who are interested in real estate. To tell you the truth I buy this book as a gift and this is maybe my 5th copy. While some of the info may be somewhat dated, the principles are still worth while if you follow the instructions on how to calculate profitability. You just have to put down a lot more (on houses) than used to be the case. I have followed the advice of this book and I have two rentals. I do make money on them. Just make sure to buy a nice structurally sound building in a nice area.

This is how it is in real life. Follow what book says and you won’t be in trouble. But if you overpay it is your problem! Be careful when making your offer
