Could not figure out the online template, too difficult. Bought them pre-printed on Etsy much easier but expensive

This item arrived without instructions on how to print. I bought this so that I could print tags on my computer with the instructions that were listed in the description. see below. Thinner than I thought. Not really very sturdy.

Very disappointed in myself for purchasing this product. Unlike other tag/label manufacturers, this company offers difficult-to-manipulate template download with no customer service response. My fault for assuming that these templates would be user-friendly, when actually a firm command of Microsoft Word is necessary. Frustrating and confusing for an older person. Further, have you ever tried to use a razor cutter to detach anything neatly and uniformly, never mind every tag from a sheet of blanks? Again, my bad for not reading more carefully. We were looking for user-friendly, easy to print and detach hang tags for our needs, and these were not it.
