FXT Venus T81 Micro FPV Camera 800TVL 1/3" CMOS with Mount and OSD for RC Drone Quadcopter

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I was skeptical of trying this camera after having good success with Runcams and Foxeers but after installing and flying this FXT T81 "Venus" I'm completely sold on their offering. The box it came in was a great presentation and the parts inside are absolutely top quality. Even the M2 nuts are metal. That's nuts! They even throw in an extra lense holder and lens lock ring. The wires are excellent and the remote for adjustment was easy to work. I did have to customize the OSD and camera settings to my liking prior to my flight. This should be done with any FPV camera so not a big surprise there. The OSD was easy to configure and had 3 positions or OFF. The WHITE wire is a current sensor and I recommend running this to your lipo pad if you want heads up voltage display. The timer and voltage displays were accurate and did not interfere with my vision or flight. In my video clip you can clearly see the electrical wire cables as I fly by. This is critical for anyone shooting small gaps or gates.

Fantastic little CMOS D-WDR NTSC/PAL switchable camera! I just received this and installed it on my Drone Eclipse Stix racing 5" frame. The image quality is great. One thing to keep in mind is that the T81 is smaller than Runcam Micro Swifts and Foxeer Micro cameras, the T81 is 16mm x 16mm so it is about 4mm smaller than other Micro Cameras. Perfect for small, light and tight builds. CMOS cameras are making a comeback! Overall the image is good, lag is not noticeable and build quality is good so I am going to give this product 5 stars and a recommendation!

Great cam super nice clean and crisp image the 16x16 form factor is just right when you have a limited amount of space to work with I highly recommend this camera I did have a issue 2 days after installing on my gremlin but the kind folks at the company had me a new cam here in 3 days so rest assured if you have a issue at all They will take care of it. Super small and light weight frame for the camera, image quality is pretty decent for the price. Really can't complain, awesome for a micro build or any 5" frames that are ultra light and using 20x20 stack builds. the 800tvl provides a great quality image without tons of latency for racing even though i'm using this for a freestyle build.

The reason I went with the TX81 instead of the more pricey 800tvl camera was soly based on the price. After making that risk I could not be happier with the results. Great quality and I have this paired with the TX 5812 long range transmitter. Great setup!

Perfect camera for a budget build. It was an awesome price for the quality of camera, most others are $30+ and if you crash that’s how much you’ll be put haha. Gives me a little more peace of mind and money in my wallet haha.

I loved that this camera knows when im on light trax lol. I barely adjusted the settings and it was great. Bough a bunch more to fill in across my fpv race fleet.

It could have come with a “case” but it gets the job done . Great video But fragile
