Did the job, headphones can easily come unplugged

Good quality cable and DAC that works well on my Huawei P20 Pro.

Doesn't work
Didn't improve sound quality from Bass, midrange and tremble. The eq of this device is very flat but also doesn't provide any sort of benefit to audio devices with power and clarity.

Good sounding usb C headphone adapter
I tried this out with a motog6 which does have a headphone socket - so I was able to do a direct comaprison. I can confidently tell you that there was a noticeable improvement in the sound (I was using on ear Sennheiser HD 2.20s) from the usb C socket. That tells me that the incorporated DAC is working well.This is a neat and seemingly well made headphone adapter. I am looking forward to trying it out with some high resolution files. I think it is very reasonably priced considering the quality.

No power to microphone on my headphones so pretty useless for hands free calling
