I was skeptical about whether or not this would work, but decided to give it a try anyway and this has definitely helped me! I have been dealing with extreme fatigue due to some health issues and that in turn has affected my ability to think quickly and focus. I can definitely tell a difference when I take the DMAE and not only that but it seems to have improved my fatigue as well. I can only assume that this is because I'm more focused I feel less fatigued, certainly it's not actually increasing my energy level, but whatever the reason I will definitely continue taking it. I'm VERY happy that I didn't let my skepticism keep me from trying this! YAY!PROS:1. It's easy. One tablet per day (I take mine in the morning) and you're good to go.2. It WORKS. For me it was almost miraculous, but granted, I was coming from a state of debilitating brain fog and fatigue.3. Price. Although the price has increased for this item, it's still reasonable for the number of tablets.CONS:1. NO CONS!FOLLOW-UP: I first tried DMAE in January 2018 and am happy to report that it is still working! I have stopped taking it a few times (briefly) and there was a noticeable difference in my focus. My adult daughter has tried it as well (she has ADD) and she reports feeling benefits. To be clear, it's not as if it cures her ADD, but it helps. She also mentioned an increase in energy (slight), which is interesting.BOTTOM LINE: It's reasonably priced and definitely helps. If you're suffering from brain fog or mental fatigue/focus issues, what have you got to lose? Give it a shot!

Awesome product and love it as a pill since DMAE's taste isnt good but I dont like messing with putting powder into gelcaps.

Accidentally bought this. I prefer the NOW brand, since it seems to improve concentration better. This is the second time I got this brand. I liked it better the second time but went back to NOW for consistent improvement in concentration. Both last about 4 hours for me. Other people say they last longer. I find it equivalent to about 20 mg of Ritalin.

Ho iniziato a utilizzare questo integratore per aiutare la concentrazione nel lavoro prevalentemente. All'inizio non capivo bene quale fosse il suo effetto mi aveva aiutato molto con la relazione e la qualità del suono ma non mi sembrava avesse grandi effetti sulla concentrazione. Terminata la prima confezione, non l ho riacquistato, dopo 10 giorni che non lo prendevo mi sono resa conto degli effetti del Dmae su di me. Oltre a quelli già detto relativi al sonno, questo integratore mi "pacifica" mi da calma interiore e lucidità mentale. Ho una vita ed un lavoro impegnativo, mi aiuta ad avere la concentrazione per organizzare con calma, calma mentale, la mia vita. Di tanto in tanto, quanto terminano e tardo a riacquistarle dopo qualche giorno noto nervosismo e stato di ansia, anche i mie collaboratori quando sono particolarmente nervosa, scherzando mi dicono ; hai preso il dmae? 😂.

La colina es necesario porque es un precursor de la acetil colina, que es un neurotransmisor para el funcionamiento del sistema nervioso. Pues bien, la acetil colina tiene su papel protagónico en los procesos de aprendizaje y de memoria, por tanto, en teoría, si tomas esto, pues mejoras lo que anuncian, verdad??Pues sí y no. Es que el tema cognitivo y en especial, la memoria, intervienen múltiples factores que decir que ésto (en este caso este producto), mejora tal o da tal efecto, pues creo que es pecar de anunciar un producto como la panacea, la poción solucionatodo etc. Por tanto, sí y no, recomendado para todos aquellos usuarios que saben lo que toman, saben cómo actúa y sobre todo, para todos aquellos que sepan que son los nootrópicos y tengan algún conocimiento de los procesos fisiológicos básicos del organismo (ya no hablo de nivel de estudios universitarios).Lo dicho, sí recomiendo, pero sabiendo lo que es, cómo funciona. 海外の某有名メーカーのものはカプセルタイプで大きいので、割高ですがこちらを購入しました。円形の丸いタブレットで比較的小粒（小粒といっても日本のサプリメントよりは大きいが）で飲みやすい大きさと形状です。飲み始めて、1ヶ月経ちます。効果のほどは、１粒だとわかりづらいのですが、飲むと頭が「ズン」します。２粒だとかなり集中力が高まったのですが、飲んでしばらくの間、動悸のような感じ？心臓がすごくドキドキして怖くなりました。すぐに落ち着いたのですが、それが怖くて２粒飲めません。調べても日本ではDMAEの情報がまだまだ少なく、もう少しいろいろな情報が手に入るといいなあと思います。ちなみによく言われている肌の若返りやほうれい線が薄くなるなども期待しましたが、今のところわかりません。継続かやめるか、もう少し続けてから決めようと思います。
