Samson C01U USB Desktop Podcasting Mic works with iPhone!?
This product worked immediately and flawlessly! It let me connect my Samson C01U USB mic for my computer to my iPhone SE (of all phones) WITHOUT external power! It just WORKS! The cord seems to be very good quality and the connectors are metal. I'm very happy with this and was actually pretty shocked to see the power light on the mic turn on without even hooking up the other end of the chord to power. VERY cool...and nice to have the great sound this mic gives me on my phone!

Works fine
It works as advertised. It powers my iPad with a separate USB C to Lightning cable while it connects the iPad to the keyboard via a separate MIDI to USB A cable. Garageband and other music software is controlled fine. It’s got metal casing and seems well constructed.

It works with iPad & Apogee Jam USB interface
I was able to avoid buying another artificially over-priced Apple product and saved over 30USD. Not to mention this is more versatile since it allows pass-thru to charge the device while using the audio interface. I'm not sure if it will last a long time if the wires are pulled on or abused a bit, but even if it fails I can buy several of these and still save money over Apple's walled-garden options.

Find something else
It took awhile for the cable to work. I had the cable upside down I guess because my card reader wouldn’t work at first. I thought that the point of this was it didn’t matter which way you insert it. It also wouldn’t work unless I had a power bank added to the charging part. And then as I was about to take it out of the port when it bent down. You can see in the picture how bent it is. Very dissatisfied with this cable as I think I would have worked great for my needs.

Very well built
I thought i could use a USB drive to move files and i was not able to do more then photos. My fault but i am good about doing reviews and have to remark on the quality of the materials and it looks as it will hold up as well as any lightning port would.
