This comic book lot has been professionally graded by CGC to be 9.8. Surface of comic book case is crack free but may have some very light scuff marks on it, as almost all cases do have. This is only the surface of the case and does not affect the condition of the comic book as it is encased in a hard plastic case. Comic book grading is subjective. Some comic covers may look like they should be a lower grade or higher grade based off the comic cover surface, but the 3rd party professional grading services accurately goes through the entire comic, count pages, examines surfaces to determines the grade. So please expect some difference of opinion based on the visible cover surface, but i can not offer refunds due to differing opinion of cover condition.
