It's written by someone who has assembled an assortment of uses for hydrogen peroxide that can be found online for free, without regard as to whether the efficacy is truth or rumor. Below are examples of the writing you would be paying for:For bad breath: "Take a cup and mix both hydrogen peroxide and one half a capful to one capful of hydrogen peroxide."Using hydrogen peroxide for a toothache: "This does not help with the pain because it is a painkiller, but because it can kill off any infection that is causing the pain.""Our cutting boards are used for a lot in the kitchen, and this sometimes includes raw meat. ... This book points to numerous applications for using H2O2 otherwise known as hydrogen peroxide. Some of these ideas I had stumbled onto myself but the book is a more complete guide than striking out on your own. Peroxide is so cheap and unbelievably useful oxidizer. Don’t overlook the kitchen uses.

I downloaded this book for free. It was worth the few minutes of my time it took to read through it. However there is nothing in it that is not readily available for free online. If anyone pays anything for it they will be sadly disappointed. And many sensitive areas, such as putting it in my ears, I would never try without seeking more professional opinion.

I knew about the antibiotic effects, and teeth whitening uses for hydrogen peroxide, but after reading this book I was blown away by the many various other uses. The cold therapy tip blew me away. Without giving too much away, I think most people don't know about this one little trick. I don't often get colds, but if I do I will be using this book. This is a great reference book to keep around. Easy to read and find information.

I have always used hydrogen peroxide for blood stains. Didn't know all the other things I can use it for now.Hope others read it as well!

Provides simplistic recipes for daily uses of Hydrogen Peroxide beyond the simple wound cleansing/treatment that most of us probably knew. In describing other uses for this household staple, the booklet became kind of repetitive giving a few words of description of the alternate use, then the formulaic recipe. I learned a little bit while hoping for more. Maybe that's all there is.

I only thought that hydrogen peroxide was used for colouring hair - didn't think at all that it had other purposes. The information is clear inside and I like the fact that the author is careful to warn and guide people as to safe use. I can definitely see myself getting hold of a bottle to keep at hand.

A good concise intro into using H.P.My only real gripe would be that it could use a proof reading, but the info is handy. As someone not living in the US (but the UK) this isn't a product we are used to using, so a guide like this is very helpful to get started.

Good tips....I know it works on fungi. Only product I know that kill off lichen spots on the skin too. Used it on my foot when a scratch turned purple and red. Many, many uses and this book covers a lot of them.
