Brielle Casablanca, Reversible Quilt Set, King, Grey/Linen

It still looks great four years later. I show the teal side for six months (April-Oct) and the orange for six (Oct-April). The weight is just right.

Quilt fits a queen, drapes well. Color is true to pic. Reversible and shams are as well.

I really like this quilted bedspread a lot. It's very lightweight which is exactly what I was looking for so I could use it year round. The stitching feels really good quality and the quilt itself feels very soft to the touch. Unlike a lot of quilts, this one does extend over the edges of the bed to cover the mattress on my queen sized bed. I'm not using the pillow shams, so I can't speak to how they work - didn't even unfold them yet. I ordered the red and grey quilt and the red is a nice brick red. The gray is nice too, but the red is the side that I'm using. Washing instructions said to wash in cold water and to hang to dry, but I use the dryer on low and it was just fine. I don't know a lot of people who have place to hang a queen size quilt so that's a little ridiculous to expect that. Unfortunately, a week after I ordered it the price dropped by 30%. I thought the original price was reasonable, but wish I'd known it was going to go down so soon.

This coverlet is great. It is a really nice weight. It is light and breathable enough to be used in the summer, but heavy enough to look nice. It feels soft and the colors (I purchased navy and grey) are a pretty shade. My only problem was the size didn't quite hide the box spring on my particular queen bed like I wanted. It was close, but could have been a little bigger. Instead of returning I used it on my son's full size bed (perfect fit) and I bought another in king size for myself. The king is kind of big for a queen bed, but it works for me. I would purchase again.

This blanket is large and of good quality. The stitching is a lovely elongated Arabic/Moroccan tile pattern, which is difficult to find in most products (as opposed to the more squat trellis style found absolutely everywhere). I understand and expect variations in color based on monitor resolution from the product itself; however, the product photos portray a muted peacock teal & rust while the actual product is a more like bright electric blue & milky tomato soup orange. I was tempted to return the quilt based on the overt vibrance of the colors, but decided to keep based on the fabric quality. I will likely purchase an additional Brielle Casablanca in gray.

I bought two euro shams. I loved the colors and was satisfied with the quality until I tried to put the pillow inside the sham. The pillow was a bit wider than the space defined by the zipper. I was careful putting the pillow in but the stitching gave way right after the zipper ends. Since I liked the look and the price i thought I would sew it up (it needed about 3 inches of stitching) and strengthen the threads at the end of the zipper to prevent this from happening again. I approached the second pillow very gingerly so that it would not happen again....and it did anyway in the same exact location. The stitching gave way immediately. So I ended up restitching both shams. The manufacturer should be aware of this defect since it can be rectified so easily with some extra reinforcement where the zipper ends.

Pros: Absouslty Stunning Shams, Fabric is amazing, Super Soft, and very StylishCons: The color is NO WHERE close to Seafoam. It's more like a Slate Blue or Country Blue is best I can describe it. Very Disappointed in that. The opening isn't very wide so when I was putting my pillow in it ripped by the zipper. Not bad though.I truly wanted these shams to be the color exactly like they called it Seafoam, they would have been perfect. I will make the white side work until I can find my perfect sham. ;)

Nice sham. The title is a little misleading. I thought I was getting a "sham set" meaning two shams. It is only on sham. It plainly states that in the description, so my mistake, but the title could be changed to reflect that.
