With both rotator cuff s torn, this was hard to get on.Once in, helped a little to keep me from using my shoulders

I've had the brace for just a few days now but so far I can definitely feel a difference when I have it on.Know it takes time for a rotator cuff to mend. Just have to wait and see.What is the best way to clean the brace? Hand wash or in a machine?

Works well and appears to help. Others that I have used smelled and were twice the price.
