Sobrasada Iberico, 2,2 lbs., Spanish Pata Negra Gourmet Pate

Fantastic sausage which I used to make my version of Sofrit Pages. Very tasty and added significantly to the combination of flavours. Whilst the sausage was high quality it worked out very expensive. My concern was the price given I live in the UK. The cost was effectively doubled when postage was added making the cost of my 1Kg sausage over £30 in UK money or over 41 Euros. Pretty expensive sausage.

Bought one last year as a Christmas present and they loved it so decided to go for the same again this year.
