Very happy, except…
Most days, this bag doesn’t leave my apartment. I’ve had it for two months, and this morning noticed a zipper pull is broken. Not sure how that happened as that zipper is for an outside pocket I never use. Overall, the bag is sturdy except for these rubber zipper pulls.
