IP Camera, 1080P FHD Wifi Camera Home Security Camera with Night Vision, Motion Detection, 2 Way Audio, Indoor HD Surveillance Camera for Pet/Baby Monitor (1) (off white)

I've used a number of these small ip cameras at home, but this one I purchased at work to act as security for our server room.First of all the camera is very small, and so it can sit in almost any room and you would soon forget it was there. Due to it's size it can also be fairly easy hidden.Once it was in it's position it was easy to setup, simply plug in the micro-usb power adapter and a network cable and there you go the camera will boot and be functioning, and you can access it via the app on your android or iOS phone.I can't speak for the android version as I'm an iOS user but the camera was very high quality compared to other cameras in this price range. When you install the app you are prompted to sign up for an account. Once that is complete it's easy to add a camera and being using the app.One cool feature I found is that when you add the camera it does a 360 spin of the room to build a 360 panoramic of the room you place the camera in. This is then used on the app to allow you to "navigate" the room for the pan / tilt function. It's a great idea and means it's super simple to pan to your chosen point super quickly / simply without having to do lots of swipes / button presses.Overall it's a great little camera at a good price.

All seems great at the moment I’m going away for a couple of day so willUpdate ,Update keeps losing signal when I’m right next to it so obviously isn’t going to work when I’m away , sent it back for refund

Set up takes a little while to work out, but once it's running it's really good.Micro SD card slots into camera, which needs to be pushed down far into the camera with rod supplied. Change the time zone from China and I think it was pretty much ready to go.It gives a notification to phone if it picks up motion, which is sensitive so I get a notification when lighting changes throughout the day, but this can be adjusted.Picutre quality is clear and you can move the camera 360° from the app with some vertical give as well.Microphone is clear for capturing sound, but the speaker to allow you to talk back isn't great - I dont need this feature for my usage so not an issue.Hard to replay recordings as the app shows a timeline that you need to click the right section of, which can be tricky over the whole day. You can also jump straight to motion detection as well, but this starts from the minute mark so you could wait 59 seconds before anything happens, so it's not great if you need to quickly see what's happened (live feed is good over mobile data though)The recorded video and take photos from the phone app work well, and simple to use.

Camera is great initially but you get what you pay for, stopped working after 3 months. One year warranty is no where to be seen after a few attempts at contact. Amazon have just received a note to the above too, see if they can wake the distributor up.

Camera is easy to setup, no problems with software for Android. Software is simple and functional. Camera is very quiet, can take 360 degrees horizontal pictures plus vertical up and down with wide enough angle. Picture quality is true HD so no complaints here. Unfortunatelly you cannot save your videos to the cloud which makes is useless as a security device.

Wasnt sure when i bought this how useful it would be ...but its pretty amazing ...the uses are endless.my children use it to keep and eye on me from afar ..my daughter looked in on me when in the states recently just to check i was okay !i also use it to check on my pet cat when im out having coffee in town ...i also use it for security ..i place it on my window ledge as it rotates and i can scan around the lounge and turn it 180 degrees and check my back garden out of the window...all done when im not even in the house via the app on your phone or ipad ...great picture quality and sound ...360 degree view of surrounding areathis camera seems very well made...also comes with ceiling mount so it can be mounted out of people and cats way !this is a must if your away on holiday for a few weeks .the piece of mind it gives you is incredible

Night vision is very poor (virtually unusable) due to the very dim IR led array. I bought a separate IR light to illuminate the room at night and that makes it usable. Picture quality is not great even in daylight but it’s as good as I expected for the price. It’s a budget camera and it shows.

This product was fine for about 7 months, but then stopped working (both cameras).I bought 2 cameras, but now the night vision no longer works and both cameras forget the internet connection each time they are switched off. In addition, neither camera completes its start up movement checks that they did when first bought. Both cameras are difficult to reset, taking between 5 and 8 attempts, but then they forget the internet anyway!I have emailed the company as they are supposed to have a one year warranty, but I have had no reply.
