Really like these cups. In my first review I wrote that they had thin walls. But they only appear that way. Once you hold them you can see they have double walls which are well insulated because the cup only feels warm when it is holding a hot tea. Definitely light weight and have big handles. However they are overpriced. That is why I gave a 4 star rating.

Very nice quality. But I specifically wanted cups that were at least 8 oz. The box says 8.4 oz, they aren't even a full 8 oz. I'm keeping them, but they're better for a cappucino than for an Americano.

When I see glass, I don't think sturdy. When i opened and felt how light weight they are, I was worried. Then I dropped a mug while washing it and now I believe. However, they don't keep your liquid any longer than any other mug. I just like the look and feel of them.

One came cracked despite how well they came packaged. They seemed ridiculously fragile for the claims of sturdiness on the description. Very very lightweight. They're gorgeous though. A real shame they're so fragile. The return process is painless, but I will not be buying again because I can't trust my second pair to come intact and be durable.

After a few washes in dishwasher one cup got a leak in between the wall holding water inside wall of cup. Was going to get more of them liked everything about them maybe a bit small . Going to purchase another brand.

No dislikes, excellent customer service, had a a issue with one cup and I emailed them and they answered within a few minutes letting me know a cup was in the mail . The cups are great . I have all 3 sizes .

Lovely, surprisingly light weight cup/mug. Holds 8 oz to the rim, which is exactly what I wanted and most importantly fits perfectly under my Inissa Nespresso coffee maker. I wash by hand; although it says you can put in dishwasher they seem a bit delicate, and I only have two so I just wash them. Not a big inconvenience!!
