Easy to assemble. Learn and patience is required for all 3d printers
I am happy to say that this is a good first time printer for those starting off like myself. In my previous review mentioned to look for an assembly video for the ANET A8, which you can still do. But what I didn't realise until i had started to install the software that came with the printer was that the assembly instructions are in PDF on the disc!! ha! go figure!!This will help you assemble and ultimately help you understand how a 3d printer does its job.I have read most reviews about this printer and various others that are similar, if not identical clones (which isn't a bad thing) And the common moan is that its hard to assemble... it doesn't print very well. it doesn't work!To put it nicely. This is a DIY printer that will do the job you want it to do with a few things you have to do.1. Learn to model properly2. Learn to use the printer properly3. Understand the principles needed to achieve a print4. Understand what parts can be swapped out and additional mods to improve print quality(Yes this is a great printer. Yes it prints very well. No it wont do a great job if your setup is sub standard)Upon realising these fundamental basics, I have now achieved fantastic results with PLA. added more improvements for print qualityThis is a DIY printer which means it works out of the box once assembled but will work amazing with additional mods ( not always money spent mods apart from filament to print them)
