- PERSONALISATION: Once you have placed your order, please contact us with your personalisation instructions. We can emboss up to 5 initials in either gold, silver, copper or blind (no colour). Our personalisation team will then select the best place on the exterior of the product to emboss your bespoke message. Importantly, embossed items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the fact that our personalisation team will have made the piece entirely unique to you.
