Very well written book that is for all levels of Free divers. If you are trying to get your dives to the next level or just to understand the body for diving. Then this book is for you

Interesting read for those of us that do not have access to deep waters in our backyard..It does what it promises, good overall training suggestion backed up by evidence.I was hoping to find some suggestion for pool training though..

As a level 2 freediver, I was surprised how much usual information was actually in this book. When. I usually pick some of these up, it has most of the same material. The extra exercises gave me extra things to try that I haven't heard of before.

This book takes the science of diving and good methods of exercising then takes them into a book where you do not need to be a physicist or doctor to understand!

Great read, loads of very useful material packed into a compact manual. I would highly recommend this book to people starting with free diving

This is a succinct and readable summary of research relevant to freediving training and methods of dealing with the effects of prolonged apnea. Its a valuable reference for anyone who takes the sport seriously.

I've freedived since 1998. I have trained with the top guys. This book is excellent and works.

Great book, very simple and understandable explanations of not so simple biological mechanisms.
