I have arthritic ankles and the changes in weather make it very uncomfortable to walk without support. In the warmer weather, when I don't want bulky ace bandages around my already hot and swollen ankles, this tape is worth its weight in gold. It holds it's place really well and can be worn alone when wearing sandals or flip flops without looking too strange. I'd highly recommend to anyone, whether in an active lifestyle or just for walking around a grocery store, for giving them non-slip support where it's needed without the bulky feel of bandages. Highly likely to continue purchasing this product.

Works as expected and sticks well. It's a great option to add more support when you are being active but don't want to wear a bulky brace. After a few injuries, I rely on this to feel more secure and prevent re-injuring the same joints.Before using, make sure your skin is dry and there is no lotion that would affect how well it sticks. If you have trouble removing try using lotion or baby oil so your skin doesn't get irritated.

It sticks really well to skin without peeling and lifting off, although when you overlap it on itself it can tend to lift up. Although I didn't have any complaints about this tape, I did find it a tad too stretchy for my needs; my physio said I needed something less stretchy for my knees.Overall it's a great value and easy to apply/is long lasting, but not for people who need very sturdy less elasticated tape.

It's great athletic tape for the price, not as great as your sports therapist will have but gets the job done. It's not very waterproof and I had to change mine a few times a day, this is partially due to the fact that the injury was in my hand. I would buy again because this is the best I've been able to find thus far. Super affordable

I thought this would be a good alternative to 3m Micro foam tape. I was so wrong. This tape stuck together and to everything else. Very hard to apply by myself. It did stick and was soft but didn't work for me. Tape also didn't feel as strong either I mean the tape was very stretchy. Just reordered my Micro foam.

THE ONLY KINESIOLOGY TAPE THAT DOESNT PEEL AWAY OR FRAY ON THE EDGES. FINALLY!!!! I need the tape for my thumb and wristWashing hands during the day ruins all other brands of kinesiology tape. This one holds! I bought another roll

Tape is difficult to dispense and use from roll. It rolls and twists when stretching to apply, and then sticks mostly to itself. Most important, this tape is very thin and offers little support.

Can’t say if it’s waterproof or not. I had a hard time cutting and applying this tape in general. Definitely worth it to just buy the KT tape if you really need it.
