These bags are flawless… You just have to make sure that you don’t break the zip seals when re-opening them.

I purchased for my scout for National Jamboree. They worked great for packing all things needed with limited space and kept everything dry in the rain.

I bought these for an multi-leg trip where I had to have different kinds and weights of clothing for the different temperatures. As you can imagine that takes up a lot of space in a suitcase. These helped greatly by compressing everything down so that I could get more into my suitcase. I used 5 bags from the set of 10.Once I arrived at my first destination, I opened one of the bags and the zip portion at the top of the bag completely separated from the rest of the bag. This was the first time using the bag so I was super disappointed. However the other bags held up well over the remaining legs of the trip as they were recompressed more than once.The bags when they work, work very well. As other reviewers have said, the plastic slide does come off when you are zipping the bags shut. This was kind of annoying but not a deal breaker. But I do wish they would design it so that the slide stays on.All in all a decent product but they need to work on durability and the slide.

This is better than any expensive compression bag, I’ve tried numerous and always go back to using these. Crazy how much stuff I can fit into one bag.

My H and I take trips of a month or more. I prefer to take minimum luggage, a rolling carryon, and a personal item that will fit under the seat. These work well for getting a lot of stuff in the bags. Lot me the best method I have found to compress the bag, is seal them and then sit on it to express the air. Shift the bag around until all the air is out.

Took a three-week trip to Europe during cold weather months, so needed a coat and layers. I lived out of a medium sized suitcase for those three weeks and these vacuum bags were a life saver. I opened and resealed them multiple times and never had one rip or tear on me. Since then, I've used them again for travel when I have a full suitcase. Highly recommend!
