BEST! my labs for bone remineralization are now as if I'm premenopause, though I am past menopause. My bone scan showed substantial bone density lostt. Then my doctor recommended getting a product with microcrystaline hydroxyapatite calcium as the calcium source, and I chose this particular product for that reason plus cofactors. I am now purchasing for the 7th time. Compare with other products and you'll see this one totally excels!

I've only been taking these for about 10 days and I have no clue what is to come but what I know is I am feeling better already. The vitimans that are in this product have made me feel better. I am less tired. I have never had a bone test and probably won't because I hate doctors and test, but I will be able to tell because I know I have extreme arthritis and this will be a test after about 6 months of taking this. I did not have any stomach problems with this and don't wait to eat before I take it. Doesn't seem to bother me. However, I do get a little constipated but I am taking 2 psyllium caps every time I take 1 capsule. It works and if ever necessary I take senna. I take psyllium anyway because I have a slight case of diverticulosis and fiber is a necessity. According to my gastroenterologist. Yes, I do have one of those. I'm only taking 3 a day of these. I do not believe you need 6 a day.

I use its to protect my bones!

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year. I decided that I did not want to go on any of the osteoporosis medications, and told my doctor that I wanted to try vitamins and supplements for a year. He didn't agree, and said that there was no way that my scores would improve because of my age. I proved hm wrong a year later. My Dexa bone density average improved by almost one whole SD point! T-Score improved by over 2 whole SD on parts of my spine. I am now only mildly osteopenic. My doctor was very surprised by my results, and told me to just keep doing whatever I'm doing! I did a lot of research on the best Calcium supplement to take, and I found Doctors Best products. It had many of the other nutrients needed to build strong bones. I also took additional magnesium (Doctors Best), a few amino acids (Doctors Best), Strontium, ate much healthier, and did quite a bit of weight bearing exercising- pull-ups, push-ups, lunges which definitely enabled the Calcium Bone Maker Complex to make my bones stronger! Maybe I'll be able to get a totally normal score next year!

I love this line for the pure ingredients and the fact that they work. I have been taking these for the past two years as a DEXA scan showed a slight bone loss two years ago. I was retested this year and showed much better bone density. I did increase strength training to twice a week as well as eliminate sweet drinks from my diet.

I should have read reviews more carefully, you need to take six a day to get only half of the daily recommended allowance. I already take many other supplements and don't want to add six more pills. Also another commenter writes that the Doctors Best brand has been bought by venture capitalists and has changed how they produce their product (more cheaply, worse ingredients), so no longer a trusted brand. I don't know if this is the case or not, but I'm considering the money I spent on this product wasted and I will be looking for a better calcium supplement.

Great Product.

We like and use this brand regularly but want to alert others. By about half way down the larger 180-capsule sized container — the powder inside nearly all the capsules start getting dark yellow flecks. This is the second partly used container we’ve discarded because of it, as we arent sure it’s safe. It is getting wasteful and expensive. The expiry date was not even close. Will not buy the 180 size larger container again.
