Zyliss 12084 Susi Garlic Press, Grey, 25 x 15 x 5 cm

There are zillions of garlic crushers you can buy but only one does the best job. I’ve been using Zyliss for over 20 years. I’ve tried other brands but none come close. It cuts through even the largest clove and REMOVES the skin for you! The hopper is larger than most and now the device comes with a brilliant silicone cleaner that is housed within the tool to pick out the holes.

Amazing! The best garlic press, no competition with anything else! I used to have this very one and lasted for years. Now I finally found it again and will stock up for the future. Anything else I bought has been a complete waste of time and money.

Crushes 2-3 large garlic cloves in one go - no need to keep pressing. The handy cleaning tool means its easy to get the pulp out of the press. Quick and easy to use - thoroughly recommend!

I bought this to replace my 30 year old Zyliss garlic press. I didn't even consider buying another brand because my previous one lasted for so long. This is a wonderful tool and slightly improved on the old one - it now has a dimpled pressing plate and a larger crushing chamber. An excellent piece of kitchen kit!

I love this little gadget. It has genuinely made life easier for getting all the beautiful garlic flavour into meals - leaves minimal waste, really easy to clean, and no extra parts to worry about as the cleaning brush fits right back into the main utensil. Lovely wee crusher.

Fantastic, must have kitchen gadget.

Unlike the CuisinArt brand of garlic press (which we bought and returned), this thing works perfectly. Spend the little extra money and buy this once and for all time. It fully pushes all the garlic through, and doesnt flatten the garlic unto a tiny pancake at the bottom of the press like the CuisinArt does - this means almost total garlic extraction. Cleaning is simple with just soap and water; I don't think it's dishwasher safe, but it's so fast to clean manually that it doesn't really matter, and the slight inconvenience is negligible when compared to the item's garlic pressing performance.

This is the best garlic press. It’ll last forever because it’s metal, just hand wash it. Nagi from RecipeTin recommends this one and she’s 100% correct. You can use peeled or unpeeled garlic in the chamber, it’s quick, easy and gets basically all the garlic out.
