One of the only matcha powders I'll buy anywhere. The taste is as rich as ceremonial grade, but for much cheaper. And it blends perfectly well into an iced latte (how I take mine) which is most important after flavor. A rich green color, really great quality product. There's another brand out there for a bet less that's almost as good, and brands out there for much much more that aren't barely better in any way. With this it's so consistent, so stop wondering and just buy some and know it will be as good as you want it to be.

After educating myself about Matcha tea and it’s many benefits I was on the hunt for a premium tea that wasn’t outrageous in price and had a nice palatable flavor. I started with some cheaper brands but they had a strong seaweed smell(to me) and were too bitter. After several other teas, I landed on this one and I have to say I love it. I did originally buy the Akira organic ceremonial tea offered by this same company but I couldn’t maintain the price point so I thought I’d give the Oishi organic matcha a try. I have to say I was delighted with quality and flavor and price point and I personally cannot tell a difference between the two. I have used both plain as an iced tea and in lattes. I did not use the Akira hot so maybe that’s where the difference in flavor is but all in all I recommend this product. I’m so glad I made the leap of faith and tried matcha because I’m so sensitive to caffeine and this works out perfect. No jitters and great energy all day and a wonderful product!!! :)

This matcha powder is delicious! Very good quality-tastes just like a coffee shop matcha! I use it for lattes and smoothies and it has such a good, smooth flavor. It blends with warm water beautifully for making lattes. Highly recommend!

This matcha has a vibrant green color, bold flavor and velvety smooth texture. Greatly enjoy it for making matcha lattes and will be purchasing it again. I feel it is a good price for a great product. I have tried other varieties for cheaper but flavor was bland or off, not the case with Oishi Matcha! Thank you for making this available.

This is my first time trying this brand, and I really enjoy the flavor. I use my aeroccino frother to mix it, and it come out perfectly. I will definitely be ordering more.

Really nice matcha flavor, slightly more bitter, more yellow and a bit more coarse than the ceremonial grade matcha, better for blended drinks, baked goods and sweets than drinking straight up.

I make my matcha in a mason jar and shake it up. I was using a more expensive brand that would clump. This doesn't clump and tastes great in lattes.

Gag! This is not the same quality as in the past, very chalky and hard to blend. The color also is off - very dark green - not bright. It sinks to the bottom and creates a puddle of matcha that doesn’t blend in.
