Great Oven, Prompt Replacement
I've had this oven for about 5 months and loved how easy it was to control, how well it toasted, baked and broiled, and how perfectly it fit in the space I had.A week or so ago, the toaster function stopped working correctly. I came back here and was redirected to Cuisinart's website. I inwardly rolled my eyes, thinking I was going to have trouble getting a repair or replacement since it wasnt going to be handled by Amazon. However, my experience was quite the opposite!I filled out the Cuisinart form, which just asked for basic information and only took a couple of minutes. The next day I received an email advising me that I had been approved for a replacement. I just had to cut the electrical cord to make the oven completely non-functional, and send them a picture of that. I was hesitant, because I was still using it daily, even with it not working quite right. But the replacement wouldn't be sent until they received the photo, so I did it. I figured it would take at least a couple of weeks, probably more like a month or more, before I got the new one. This morning I opened my door and was shocked to see the replacement sitting there, less than a week after I made the claim in the first place!!This is excellent customer service, and in the future when I have a choice that includes a Cuisinart product, I will always choose that one.

Works great, looks nice
So far have only used it twice for baking, but it's easy on the eyes and worked perfectly for baking.

Disapointed-It has no timer
It has no timer! Very nice oven but difficult to time cooking if you get busy in the kitchen.

The only one you need to buy!
Second time for ordering this one bec we actually wore the first one out until it began making some noises - this was after quite a few years! I always regretted not putting in a second wall oven and this sure hits the spot, especially during hot humid summer months when you don't want to turn on the big oven! We use our toaster oven a few times a day. It bakes small casseroles in shallow dishes, baked potatoes to perfection, rolls, cookies, reheating pizza's and other left overs. Toasting? Yeah! It has a completely customizable setting which is not clear in the directions. The dial does have labeled heat levels but you can still make it a lighter medium or slightly darker low. Heads up: you have to experiment with your bread. "Wonder" toasts differently than our store brand sourdough or off brand multi-grains. But once you find the sweet spot, your toast will be perfect. And yes, the underside of your toast will have the wire rack marks on it. If you don't like the look, flip it over for an eye pleasing smooth toasted color. I just really hope this same model will still be around after we wear this one out several years down the road.

Purchased Mar 17, 2024, blinking light of death, Aug 9, 2024
I wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews. A few days ago, I started getting a blinking light when starting a toast. The relay would briefly energize ('click') then shut off and the blinking would begin, shutting off after a minute or so. If it didn't work the first time, no more clicks were heard on subsequent attempts. It then worked fine for a day or so but now is completely broken.Unhelpfully, nothing in the manual mentions the possibility of a blinking light. I took it apart (it's not really designed to come apart easily) and there was nothing obvious like a swollen capacitor. Best guess is a bad relay but you'd have to be pretty handy and patient to replace them (there are 3) on the board. The two circuit boards have part numbers but they don't come up on any web searches.Scrap for the landfill. I have never had a consumer device fail like this. It will be my last Cuisinart product. I suppose it's under warranty in theory (well, until I took it apart) but do I really want another one? No.

Nice toaster oven
I love cuisinart products and this toaster oven. It works just fine, & with any new appliance there's always a slight learning curve. So you know figure out what works best for you. But I think it works great. And I have it plugged into a power strip with an on/off switch, so I just switch it off after using. Because people were leaving reviews about it, turning back on. I've never had that issue.

It shuts off automatically
I purchased this in April, 2024 as I wanted a larger oven. I didn't start to use it until about two months ago. (I didn't expect to have a problem.) It has twice shut off in the middle of cooking. Each time, I was not in the kitchen and did not realize it had shut off until I went to check the progress of my food. The food had already started to cool down. I then looked at the reviews and see that there were several 1 star reviews describing this is a recurrent problem. Also, be aware that it draws a lot of electricity and cooks fast. I could not run the microwave and this toaster oven at the same time. I had to move the toaster oven to a separate plug, and made sure there was a circuit breaker.
