Trying to find a good coffee substitute is a challenge. But I must say, this barely drink is pretty decent. I don't even brew it, I use my faultless tea strainer and it works great.One can never match the 'full flavor' that coffee has. But as tastes go, this is in the right direction. I use coconut creamer with a tad of monk fruit to sweeten, and I really do enjoy it.
