All in all, good bang for the buck
I'm using these cameras for home security. Wasnt sure what to expect but the system arrived intact and in time. Setup was a breeze, literally plug and play cameras! The wifi connection to the cameras was automatically connected once they were plugged in and have great resolution day and night. There is only one small issue I have and that is the signal strength of the cameras wifi connection. Cameras that are within 20 ft of camera have full to almost full reception, where if you go to 25 or 30 ft, the signal strength drops drastically almost to none but does still connect and have good video. On the up side to this I have one on my shop prob about 70ft away and still receiving signal and video. So I cant really complain. All in all, I would purchase this system again. Are there better cameras and systems out there? Of course, but for the price of this system and ease of install and connection, 2 thumbs up here. The interface for setup and viewing is a little lacking as it looks like 20 year old PC menus but it's not a PC, it's a camera system. Still could use an upgrade. The motion detection seems to work but I haven't been able to really play with it. Night vision looks good and haven't had a reason to call tech support so wouldnt know about that.

Great Product & Tech Support.
I purchased this camera system 3 month ago and I'm very satisfied with the system. Excellent video, both day and night.Easy initial set up. Once I was comfortable with the system, setting it up and installing was easy.The Instructions I will say need a little bit of works. But no worries the Excellent Tech Support will walk you through any trouble shooting needed to get the cameras set up and running. I started having issues with a few cameras as I installed them further and further from NVR so I decided to contact The Tech Support. Let me start by saying the Customer Service is Excellent.Melody (Customer Support Representative) has been awesome with The Customer Support and sending directions that I could understand. I give five stars for quick and awesome support provided by Safevant Service/Melody. I highly recommend this Surveillance Camera System.

What great customer service!
I upgraded my rating to 5 star.This system is a great value for the cost.The mobile app and local terminal app are not well documented so this segues into the best selling point:I had a dedicated technician I engaged with while figuring out the app functions. They even called me in the middle of the night (their time) because of concerns I conveyed on the app.I have a large house on a 1/2 acre lot. Cameras all around that all have strong signals that are never interrupted.Motion detection is awesome. There was a thread of a spider web that was waiving in front of a camera and it recorded all night!I would buy this system again.

Excellent System and excellent service
I have to say the best customer support ever, I had some issues because of me trying to install everything, rushing and playing with the system ended up deleting all the cameras from the setup and the support and quick response was amazing. The product itself is also excellent easy to install and the image quality is absolutely outstanding. Im still trying to get one of the cameras that is really far away from the NVR to work but the signal is weak and is really far away, and it still gets a signal. For those of you looking to install an excellent system for a good price, stop looking! This is it!!

Safevant Tech Support from Melody
Worked really good for a few months. All of sudden the NRV unit quit sending content to monitor. I contacted support and made contact with Melody. She is a dream come true with the help she provided over several days, because of time difference. Worked through problems and finally decided to send a replacement. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!

Not all cameras working.
Camera work okay, range is not the best. But one out of the 7 was not working out of the box.

This item was very easy to install and set up....The only issue we had was the 2TB HDD was dead on arrival. We contacted customer support and they responded the next day. They never hesitated to send a new hard drive. Installed it upon receipt and the system works great....this company provides solid customer support.
