Great pasta! Well worth the money and the taste is of the noodles is great. Well worth the money. Does not make you feel bloated like American made pasta. Will buy again and again.

A noticeably distinctive, elegant, and seemingly heartier variety of wheat grain takes traditional pasta to another texture/taste level which I thoroughly enjoyed especially with a seafood Cioppino sauce! It was a little pricey, however, the experience for me was worth it. I recommend.

I think I’ve found the best dry made in ITALY 🇮🇹 pasta I could possibly find. I’ve tried other Italian brands that were all good but monograno is simply next level up.When I opened the package, I found not a single broken spaghetti. Cooked it per package instructions of 10 minutes. Once cooked, transferred the spaghetti into a sauce pot with the base I made, gave it a good mix and WOW!! Simple WOWWWWW no words can express the texture, the bite, the smoothness, and yes the freshness!Of all the dried pasta I’ve tried, monograno had a fresh taste to it. Not sure why or how but it does.LOVE IT. Will definitely be stocking up on monograno’s pasta
