We have bought many WoodWick candles in recent years (and many on Amazon) and we have never been disappointed. The Large Hourglass and the Ellipse crackling candles are particularly good. They are slow-burning and produce lovely scents. And this one - 'Linen' - is a go-to when we just want to buy a little 'thank you' present for someone. It's a simple but nice, fragrance and the white colour of the candle means it will go nicely in any room in any household!

Love the relaxing and reminding lovely noise this candle give you that it is burning softly away. I have had a few incidents where I have left a few candles burning in the room and left them whilst I have gone shopping and come home to find them flickering away and I felt happy my hone hadn’t burned down. My farther was an officer on the fire brigade and has pretty much told me never leave a flame alone without watching it. These are quality scents, slow burners and worth the extra few pounds. I think my neighbour may be smoking and cooking with horrid oil so I’m trying to mask some strange smells in the winter when a window can’t be left open all the time without freezing your extremities off. The scent of fresh linen washing wafts up your nose as soon as you light the wick. The lovely sound of flickering candle is amazing and relaxing too. I will be replacing and considering buying this brand not the American candle brand I have always purchased. Love, love, love. Hoping for a rose scent in stock next please.

I’ve attached a video with this review. I actually bought this for a strange purpose, which was to record the sound it emits for audio purposes. The main idea was to upload the audio to various places to help people relieve stress, cope with anxiety and get to sleep. I’m glad to say, the sound does not disappoint. The volume of the recording above is boosted by around 12db, so in actuality it is a lot quieter than the above videos shows, but the sound is amazing, soothing and calming. I find the sound emits a warmth that compliments the glow of the candle. It looks good, and looks like I will get many hours of burn age out of it. The smell is stunning too and not too overwhelming. Really amazing candle and will buy more of these in the future for relaxation purposes outside of recording too.

I’m not really into candles myself and bought this for my wife but I was pleasantly surprised by the “crackling” of the wick as it burnt. It was strangely soothing listening to it a bit like a real fire only quieter. The hourglass shaped jar looks elegant and the lid makes extinguishing it easy. The linen fragrance was pleasant and not overpowering and it lasted quite a while. Would definitely buy it again.

Super verpackt, das Teil selbst sieht edel aus mit dem Holzdeckel und der Duft ist wahrnehmbar aber nicht aufdringlich. Sie verbreitet mit dem knistern eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und brennt auch schön gleichmäßig ab. Nachbestellung ist bereits erfolgt. Sie könnten allerdings etwas preiswerter sein.
