I bought these in the hope that I could switch over all my drop earrings to Titanium. I am so allergic to everything, I can’t even wear Stainless Steel. I am allergic to copper and nickel, so I literally can’t wear anything anymore that isn’t pure Titanium.I switched over my favorite earrings and they’re amazing! No allergic reaction!The key to opening and closing them is to take thin pliers and twist the opening sideways. Do not open them by pulling the wire back. That will ruin the earrings. Twist them gently to the side, wide enough to slide an earring through, and then twist it back.Super happy with these. I can finally wear dangly earrings like a big girl again! 😆

Then I first got my ears pierced, 40+ years ago, my ears wouldn't stop itching and bleeding. I finally quit wearing pierced earrings. I was in a jewelry store and was lusting after some earrings and told the sales person I was unable to wear pierced earrings. She told me about titanium posts. Titanium is a non-reactive element and gave me a pair of earrings with titanium to try out for the day. She was right. Since that time, I buy titanium hooks and there is no problem. I basically wear only drop earrings because it is so easy for me to take the store-bought posts out and put in my titanium posts. These are great. The length is particularly easy to use. Now, I'm Earring Lady.
