Great tea, don't get the price
This is the best tea on the planet. I don't like to drink anything else, but the online store has run out. This seemed like a good alternative, BUT I usually buy 300 teabags for £11.99 direct from the source and you are trying to charge £9 for 25 teabags!! That's extortion.

Packaging and Delivery
The product was fine. The packaging was badly damaged due to the type of material used. The Dilmah box was packed in a flat envelope, so the whole consignment was squashed. Dubious as a presentation
