Worth reading, though not well constructed
I don't know if this was originally written in English, or translated from another language but it needed a good editor either way as some sentences and terminology didn't make sense. Setting that aside, the narrative just wasn't well constructed. Chapters seemed adhoc, and some were on random topics, that rambled away from Federer and Nadal -- as if the author were just downloading all the information and research he had on tennis. It also struck me as imbalanced: there was deeper research and information about Nadal, than Federer; and the author admitted to not feeling any connection to Federer (and some negativity came through). I think the author should have just written a book about Nadal -- it would have been stronger as he had done some excellent research and interviews. While I didn't think it was a well constructed book about Nadal and Federer, I did think it was worth reading simply for the background on Nadal.

Anything written about these two fantastic tennis players interests me
Anything written about these two fantastic tennis players interests me. However, I must say that the publisher needs to be a little more careful who they choose to translate - as an obsessive fan I can tell when the translation is off and there are quite a few incidences. Otherwise very interesting. ADM
