Would not recommend to listen to this CD unless you are familiar with David Deida's teachings. It is an excellent complement for the book; but do not think it would work as well on its own.

Great book a must have for any man looking to find his way in a world full of mixed signals and distractions!

I had high hopes for this book but i really got nothing from it. I ended up turning it off half way through - I couldn't take it any more. Far too flowery and wishy washy to offer any real advice.

I purchased the CD's for the car and the Kindle e-book on Amazon. I got it last Friday, I'm half way through the book and today I got through all of the CD's on my drive to and from work.So far I feel like I've learned a lot about the way I think and how I can change myself without making demands from my wife asking her to change.This can be really insightful for women to read. I purchased a couple of David Daida titles and I can't wait to get those and read them.
