Fantastic product!
I ordered a marble colored ball chair in the bigger size. It is high quality all the way around and the fabric is very durable. The chair is comfortable, fun and it looks great with my office decor. I get a lot of curious people who ask me to try it out and everyone who has loves my ball chair. I am buying three more chairs today in the standard size for my kids and me to use with our home desks. It is a worthwhile investment because of how the chair helps with fatigue and back pain. Usually, I cannot sit for very long due to back surgeries but with this chair, my pain level is much lower and I can sit for a long time. One thing to consider when ordering the larger size ball is if your desk isn't super tall, probably go with the standard size. Regardless, this is a fantastic product!

Thanks, Vivora Inc.
Best exercise ball ever! I bought this for my desk to exercise while sitting. Incredibly durable and comfortable. I’ve owned several exercise balls in my lifetime, and this is by far the best quality. The cover makes it look like an attractive piece of furniture. Thanks to Vivora inc. for introducing such a great product. I will be a repeat customer.

Pretty decent medicine ball, but some issues
Edit: customer service got back to me quickly. Apparently I had an older model with a ball that was too big for the cover, putting too much pressure on the seams and zipper. They've offered to replace it for me, so I bumped it up to 4 stars for now. We'll see how the new one works out! Original review: I've had this medicine ball for a little over a year now. I liked the way it was designed, that ring around the bottom helps its stay upright when you're not on it, but isn't so big that it impedes movement when you are sitting on it. I tend to bounce a little and move around to keep my lower back lose. In that regard, this chair has been a great help for me. Inflating it can be tricky. They do have a video on their website that will walk you through it, but it could certainly stand to be a little more concise, it's quite long. The real reason I came here to review was that the zipper failed this morning. The mechanism departed the zipper in dramatic fashion, shooting across the room, and the zipper itself ripped apart. It seems like it could afford to be a little stronger. A user bouncing gently on the ball throughout the day should definitely be taken into consideration, it's the whole reason why this ball is good for your back. We'll see what customer service says...

This is an excellent product!
I rarely give 5-star reviews, but in this case, I feel it is warranted. I purchased my first (65 cm) Luno Ball chair over two years ago, before they came out with the larger "MAX" size (75 cm). I instantly liked my first one, but secretly wished there was a larger size for taller folks (I'm about 6'3"). I tried an ordinary 75 cm yoga ball first, without realizing that the Luno fabric cover is what gives the chair it's unique rigidity. Needless to say, without the cover, the ordinary ball collapsed too much under my weight to be useful. The Luno MAX on the other hand, retains it shape and remains more rigid than a yoga ball alone. I highly recommend this ergonomic ball chair for anyone who suffers back or bottom pain from sitting on ordinary chairs. The MAX size is great for taller people as well. The ball somewhat requires you tighten your core in order to sit up straight. It is so much fun to rock back and forth on also! I use my Luno Max, along with my Better Back supporter device for the ultimate sitting experience. Eventually, I'd like to also buy the deluxe version of the Luno MAX.

Uncomfortable
I wanted to like it but just didn’t find it comfortable. I gave it a month and was actually just going to return it but realized it’s now outside the return window. So writing a review instead. Setup took maybe 15 minutes. It was a little hard to wiggle the inflatable part inside the cover but not a big deal. One thing that became apparent at that point that if you want to have it inflated not too hard then the cover would not fully stretch and will be wrinkly, and hence the wrinkles and seams would dig into your skin when you sit. So to keep it less wrinkly I had to inflate it more than I’d prefer and it lost some of the bounce that I was looking for in this type of chair. The main point of uncomfort for me was that it is not actually a sphere. Instead it’s sort of pumpkin-shaped. And because of that if I try to sit in the middle of the “top” it’s too wide for my legs to go straight down at the knee. I end up sitting just slightly off center and given the shape of it I slide off of it slowly throughout the day and have to readjust every other minute. I’m 5.8, so it’s not that I have short legs. Looking at the bright side - it’s so uncomfortable I took to standing at my desk instead of sitting 😄 It looks great and I like that it has a fabric cover. And I think the quality is also good.

Looks nice
I just arrived today, and I was really excited to use it. It took about 15 minutes to inflate with the manual pump, and it looked really well when I was done. I look forward to use it as a chair when I'm using the computer as I tend to get back pain with other chairs.

Ball is too small for the cover!
The ball was too small for the cover, and although I reached Customer Support… no response. Disappointed as I’ve had one of these balls in my home office for years and it’s been great!

A great alternative to the average office chair.
I bought this to use at my desk at work. My knee is injured and when I use a normal chair it stays in the same position too long and gets stiff and painful. I decided to try a high-quality ball chair as an alternative and chose the Vivora Luno because it was attractive and rated highly. I've been very happy with this item. It's comfortable, it keeps my knee and the rest of of my body in enough motion to keep me from getting stiff, and it's got an attractive cover and has received plenty of positive comments from my office-mates. The dark grey felt cover is very durable and looks classy, so it doesn't come across as a toy or a cheap exercise ball. The only (minor) issue has been that the zipper will not remain closed with the ball fully inflated when I sit on it. This is no big deal and hasn't impacted the ball's performance in any way. The pump included with the ball was not something I was able to use to inflate the ball to full firmness, but I'm not lowering my rating because this may be as much about me not having the inflation technique down for this style of pump. I ended up using a foot-pump and that did fine. I pump in some more air to firm it back up once every 2 weeks or so.
