This is exactly the right perfect thing to hold all day long as well as to prop up on its sturdy three chunky lil tripod legs; which are the exact right length: not to long, I can still get it on the kitchen sink near the faucet without the legs hanging over. Yet not too short that it tips or is unstable. With this stand the phone will pivot, tilt, turn, angle, or switch from vertical to horizontal. This is indispensable it changes the game. I wouldn’t want to use my phone without it now- if I leave it at home because I don’t want it in my purse ( which it’s not that bulky but if I’m not going to prop it up on anything..), then I really miss it. The expanding hinge-spring side clips that grip and hold the sides of the phone remain firm and tight. Yet you can still slide the phone up and down within the clips to get the clips where you want them.

Update: 8/22/20 I accidently broke a leg on my tripod and sent a message to the manufacturer/seller and got a reply within 24hrs. They immediately sent a replacement with no questions asked. Excellent product and the seller stands by their warranty... This phone stand is perfect. Very sturdy great grip and lightweight. You can angle your phone anyway you need. Folds up so you can use as a selfie sick also. Holds iPhone perfect. You can set it up on uneven surface and adjust legs to sit without falling over. Great buy definitely recommend.

I've purchased products from Square Jellyfish three times, once for a different tripod, and twice for this Jelly Grip WX Tripod Mount with Pro Tripod. I love the stability and ease of being able to use this tripod throughout our apartment. It seems sturdier than the smaller, flimsier one I had from them before, but be careful when you take the phone out of the holder; the clamp can pinch your finger(s). I love the convenience of being able to quickly place it in different spots. I've used it for video chats with my husband on his lunch break, my mom who is in a nursing home, my sister and niece, as well as for recording videos from my phone.We purchased one of the tripods as a gift for my sister. Her tripod broke, thanks to what we think was my two-year-old niece either throwing or knocking it off a high kitchen table. We were bummed and figured there was nothing we could do, UNTIL my husband noticed Square Jellyfish has a lifetime warranty, which they HONORED!!! I emailed them through Amazon under the 'Ask a question' option. Jim replied promptly and kindly, apologetically and professionally, making sure my sister would get a replacement!!!Despite some additional bumps in the road with my sister getting her replacement, Jim was true to his word, and ensured me if there were any problems, he would work it out, and that he did!!! Amazing. So encouraging to see a business working with excellence, honoring their policies and commitment to producing a good product, and caring about their customers. Five stars! :D

great design but poor quality in material strength. This is my second one and same issue with a broken led. I will not purchase a third, i will seek another brand.

Stable. Not too big. Clamping is secure. Ball socket allows for a fairly good range of universal pivoting. Fairly well made... a little chipping going on where legs contact the center base. I use it exclusively at home for daily hands-free phone viewing.

I share our Sunday School lessons over Zoom to those who cannot make it in. person, and I put this wonderful tool on top of a regular tripod to hold my phone steady. With the body of the mount behind the phone, I can see and access the whole screen.When we go on hikes or outings, I bring the little tripod along for selfies so we don't need ten-foot long arms.I'd recommend this product to anybody.

2nd and last try on this tripod. Cheap plastic legs with narrow flimsy neck where legs connect. A design which is guaranteed to break.

For its size and weight, this Excellent Design is extremely strong and very well balanced. The iPhone/Smart Phone clamp is two way, keeping the phone centered (most designs just spread open on one side, with the other side fixed), and the weight is centered between the Tripod legs, making the most of its compact and lightweight design. It holds my iPhone 11 very securely, even within an enclosure case! The folded legs can also be used as a lightweight handle. I am very eager to see the complete line of this companies products.
