Great Box, But Expensive
Update, May 2021:Just bought another one, for a total of four. The previous three are still in active service, and I came right back to this box for the latest sports club application. It's so durable, so versatile, and holds so much, this is just the right item to use. It holds a ton and even if highly loaded, it's piece of cake for even young people to pull along.Great box, good price, super-durable. Great item.-------Update, April 2016:I now own three of these for a youth sports program. They are super-durable, watertight for rain and mud and weather, serve as a great seat and way to secure team gear, and are now cheaper than before, with no shipping costs. This product and its deal just keep getting better.-------------------------------------------I like this product a lot. In fact, I've bought two for my youth sports program, and may well buy another one or two in the future. They are extremely sturdy, and the fact that they have an extendable handle and wheels means that even a box that weighs a good 100 pounds can still be rolled across a parking lot or field by a 10-year-old kid.The box is good for sitting, and it's weather-proof, meaning you can carry a lot of gear into questionable environments knowing it's not going to get wet or muddy. And it's washable, with all of your gear inside.I've had one of these for four years now and the other for three, and both continue to perform excellently, with no breakdowns, broken pieces or hardware failures. It locks with a relatively lightweight lock. But at the same time, the lock is molded into the plastic lid, and any kind of attempt to get into this box when is locked is going to result in the box's destruction, so that's a sufficient deterrent.Inside is a single removable tray that is good for smaller loose items.Beware the metal closing hardware. They fold up or down fully, and are guarded by plastic on both sides. But if they are open, with the flat part of the locking latches extended outward/perpendicular to the box, they situate right at the level of the knee for grown-ups, and right along the upper thigh for kids. Both adults and kids--including me--have been cut quite nicely by running into the open closures. My only real complaint is that, man, is this thing expensive. I mean, really, almost $130 for molded plastic and some hardware? I don't really see it, but then again, it's a great product. I have seen nothing comparable for a better price, so I very likely will end up getting more in the future.

Love the size.
Perfect size to use as a horse tack box. Holds tons of items. The handle and wheels make it easy to move around.

Stanley makes good stuff
Bought it to store 4 car batteries that I use for UPS power system. Four car batteries fit nicely and the little tray inside holds the power switch. There's actually some holes in the back when the bar slides out for the power cables to come out. (Yeah, can't push the handle all way in, but didn't want to drill a hole...yet.)I was expecting the center of gravity to be a bit better as even with the handle fully retracted, it seem to be a bit of work to move the unit, but I have 200 pounds in it. Overall, I like the thick phasic and strong lid.

Great for Gamers
This was a bit bigger than I had initially realized, however it works great for my purposes: I store my gaming supplies in it. After playing many different table-top RPGs since the early 80s, I have found that I like Savage Worlds the best. And Savage Worlds works the best by using game tokens to represent status (such as wounds and Fatigue) and for tracking things like Power Points. Why do math in your head like I did for years with other games when we can have several tokens around that keep track of it for us? I use some Plano bins to store everything and these fit into this container very nicely. There is room left over so I can put some of my books into it as well. I had tried to use totes in the past, but they end up freaking heavy and the plastic of the tote struggles with the weight. This is built to have heavy things in it, and the wheel and handle make it all that much easier to bring to the gaming table.

Good Locker For Camping
The plastic used in this product is of a decent quality rigidness, but the overall feel of this trunk just isn't in a realm of strength that I would recommend it for really tough duty. The lid becomes difficult to close if the box is skewed by uneven ground (not a big deal, but this denotes a less than "tough box" category, in my opinion) I realize this item isn't being advertised as a tough box, but some might think it would be.I purchased this box to be used as a campout locker, and for this purpose it works beautifully. Plenty of space inside. Easy to move with its handholds to lift it up, and towing handle and wheels to drag it around. The box comes with a simple locking mechanism and duplicate keys for use, as well as padlock receptacles on both latches. The included lock seems to be good enough to deter casual snoops, and squirrelly thieves, but, you would do better to put some padlocks on for added security. The room inside is ample, and it come with a tray that rests on ledges towards the top of the box giving you a nice place to store smaller items. When the case is closed it makes a nice place to sit, too.I recommend this product for light to medium duty. You would do well to keep an eye on the price, though, as it seems to fluctuate quite a lot.Good size, decent strength, and good functionality. And, good price around $70.00

Tool box? No thanks. Tack box? PERFECT!
I was really glad to read some equestrians' reviews before purchasing this, so I'm adding mine on. This is actually better than a tack box--and for less money! For those who don't want to measure like me (did I mention that I don't need a tool box?), the first picture is in the back of my Tucson to get an idea of size. Inside is so spacious! I have plenty of room for everything that I need--and then some! I also love the little caddy because it's the perfect place for grooming tools--just grab and go! As for the rest of the inside, I might need to buy more things for my horse. :)

Super Durable
I used this product to carry my fursuit around cons but my suit has outgrown it because the case is impractical to use in smaller hotel rooms or even to transportRegardless, this case has suffered through floods, severe weather, snow, and rain and also moving to another state on a Greyhound and the case is still doing fine today without a problem
