JOYIN Assorted Kitchen Appliance Toys with Mixer, Blender and Toaster Play Kitchen Accessories

I was a little worried when I got them. Thought they might be too small and not durable enough for my 6 yr old granddaughter. I was pleasantly surprised. She loved the blender and mixer! Not so much the toaster, I think that would be better for a younger child. That blender really works! The mixer works well too but not quite as powerful as the blender. Over the weekend she must have made 20 or more batches of chocolate milk (using chocolate syrup) and probably the same amount of lemonade (using powder mix) and countless other make-believe recipes. She even mixed two eggs with the mixer for Grandpa's French toast! She had a blast and I'm really happy with the product. The batteries we're just starting to get weaker when the weekend was over. They got a lot of use. Had no problems with the blender leaking and clean up was easy. The bottom of the blender actually unscrews so i could get the milk and residue out of it and wash off the seal. I had trouble figuring out the size of this set when I was thinking of purchasing. It doesn't have measurements anywhere. So I attached a picture showing them next to a normal sized blender. Approx height sizes...Blender 8", Mixer 7", Toaster 5". They look really small but they were perfect for my 6 yr old granddaughter. I'm not sure how durable they would be for a younger child. My two-and-a-half-year-old grandson was too rough with them. I think you just have to judge how your child is with toys. Overall I was very pleased with the set and how it performed and I would recommend it to anyone who asked. :)

This is a must have if your child likes to play pretend kitchen. My son loves to help in the kitchen so we got him a play kitchen of his own. We bought our 4 year-old son the appliances to go with it. I like that this set was unisex colors as most of the appliances were pink. The appliances are surprisingly well made for the price. I like that the stand mixer also doubles as a hand mixer. Unlike others that posted, we didn’t have any trouble with the toaster working. The food that came with it wasn’t high quality but I didn’t think it was as bad as some of the posts. My son just loves that the appliances actually work. He couldn’t use them enough. It was a great suggestion to make chocolate milk in there. I would highly recommend this product. I was also very pleased with how quick my package came and it was Christmas time. It arrived 3 days earlier than estimated. My only negative comment would be that the blender can be tricky to fit into the base.

My 3yo nephew loves this! He asked for a toaster for Christmas and I wanted to get him a set with a little bit more. He had been making cookies with his Nonnie and was almost as excited with the mixer as he was the toaster. All items work like they're supposed to and are about as good quality as you would expect. He takes pretty good care of his toys, but they seem sturdy enough to put up with rougher players. The only issue it has is that the timer dial on the toaster is a little hard for him to turn when then handle is already pushed down but it doesn't give him enough time to push down the handle after setting the timer. The timer is what sets off the popping mechanism. Luckily he has a lot of adults and older kids to help out, but it does make independent play a little harder.

My son loved this toy set. He played for hours. The blender was a big hit. The only reason why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because the battery motor where the blender sits became loose so quickly.. It doesn’t have a click where it would stay put. Not sure if this is just mine? but every time it would fall out of place my son would get frustrated it wouldn’t stay on for him. I’ll include the pictures so you can see. Overall great toy he really enjoyed everything.

I was excited to give as a gift. The “appliances” are red, blue & yellownot representative of real appliances but cute none the less. They all have working parts. The blender, mixer & toaster are sturdy enough for a 3 yr. old. We tried a shake made with yogurt, milk & ice cream in the blender & my little assistant loved it. She also tried “whipping” up some ice cream with the hand mixer. Today we had a contest to see whose toaster made better toast. She declared her pretend toast best. I would say whether messy play or pretend these appliances are winners with the young set. ( although 3 yr. old has another model at home she left Grandmas house with the JOYIN blender today.)

Good size, cute stuff, kids (2 and 4) love it. They spent an hour with the blender alone on Christmas morning. Both the blender and mixer can take water, which is even more fun for them.However, the toaster has never really worked, making it pretty frustrating for all of us. The button pushes down, we turn the dial, but then it gets stuck and will not wind down and pop up. You can’t really force it back up, and at some point we can’t turn the dial anymore to try to get it to work. Eventually after enough fussing with it, it’ll go,but then we’re going through the whole process the very next time, over and over. This is why the 3 star rating instead of 5.

The mixer was the main reason why I bought it. I tried to unscrew battery compartment, but the screw stays in place, so I can't even put in batteries! The screw keeps turning, but doesn't come out. As for the toaster, when I press the button down, it does not stay down, so my "bread" never gets to be toasted. They should have contact info and send replacements.Update: I contacted customer service and explained that even though I bought this a year ago in 2018, I had saved it for 2019's Christmas. Susan @ Joyin was able to replace the 2 pieces, mixer and toaster. Shipment is on its way!
