I purchased this product due to its size. The product arrived on time and very well packaged. When using for the first time i found that some of the needles were coming loose and even falling out. My biggest issue though is hygiene. when you derma pen you bleed, to sterilise the pen after, you soak it in an alcohol liquid.After the 1st use Blood accumulated around the plastic outer surround of the pen and did not clean away. I find that quite worrying and do not feel it can be used a second time.
