RQ12 PRO Complete Replacement Head for Philips Norelco RQ12/62, RQ12/72 for Series S8000 S9000(Sensotouch 3D) and Arcitec

I have only used this replacement head one time, and it shaved well. But it is not the same as the OEM product, or the product pictured on Amazon. It is not the same quality as the OEM because there are less 'teeth' per shaving wheel, and the shape of the edge is different from the OEM variant. For me it takes more passes for max closeness. Given that it is about a third the price as an OEM replacement, I am all in if it lasts as long as an OEM. I have found over the years that nothing stays sharp for super long, and I am not going to pay OEM prices every three months (or less). So if this works pretty well for three months, I am a fan.

Unit caused my shaver to stall and throw up motor jammed overload alarms. It took twice as long to shave and I was concerned it would eventually cause motor damage. After 3 times in the auto cleaning system it would no longer sense the fluid and throw up a low fluid level alarm. I sent it back and put a head I paid 64.00 and change from Amazon on, and it’s running fine and sensing fluid as normal. Not worth the cheap price unless you like shaving twice as long.

This is an outstanding value. Just replaced my old blades and it was like getting a new razor. When I saw there were a limited number of this replacement head in stock, I order another!

Seems to shave almost too close for comfort.

Price far less than brand name replacement. & as the headline mentions, it fits & works just fine.

Too cheap to work well. Could actually stall rather than shave. Tried two with same results.
