MY OWN PRIVATE GARGOYLE!
First of all, it is a genuine work of art, whatever else you might think of such a rendering of a horned demon, with deep, piercing, translucent red eyes. I tried using it as a belt buckle, and quickly decided it felt sort of creepy having that thing hovering just above one of my favorite body parts. Plus, from that location, it really didn't "pop". Then, I thought, wow, this would make an awesome bolo tie. That turned into a bit of an engineering exercise, cutting off all the parts of the casting that would interfere, and grinding everything on the back side to accept a thin insert of stainless steel, which I epoxied in place with steel epoxy, and then finished off with a bolo tie clip gizmo. I now have one of the coolest bolo ties ever!
