I bought this shoe display. Turns out that it doesn't work for most women's shoes that have any kind of heel; it tips over. When contacting them, they implied that I should have understood this by how it was listed. However, they had to have known that there was an issue with this kind of shoe, even when the shoe is really light. (The shoe in the images is very light.) Not stating this leads to unhappy customers. I have to pay for return shipping to get a refund. Not cool! Change the listing to make it clear!
