Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Jiaogulan 25 Seeds

Prompt service. The seeds are germinating now.....and ,now (editing three months later) the plants are 5 feet in length, growing up, down and sideways in my greenhouse. I got 10 plants from 125 seeds, but that's good for a wild plant which usually won't germinate all at once, sometimes taking several months or years. Some more will grow later. Also, showing a picture of the plant greatly helped in identifying the seedlings from weeds.

These little things are extremely hard to grow. It's easier buying a live plant. I bought a live pant; no regrets whats so ever.

I received the jiaogulan seeds within two weeks of ordering them. However, I live in Maine and they arrived on Jan. 5 during a cold spell with temperatures in the 20s. None of the seeds has germinated. I have tried sprouting them, soaking them in water for 24 hours and then planting them with just a dusting of seed starter over them. I have kept them on a seedling heat mat with a grow light. Nothing. I will give them another two weeks (totaling 6 wks). I am concerned that the cold weather in which the seeds were delivered may have taken the life out of them. An answer to that concern would be appreciated.

I was really excited to receive my package of Jiaogulan seeds. This is one of the top Adaptogenic Herbs which are so important to overall health and longevity. I planted the seeds a few days ago and look forward to growing a bunch of it this summer. It is supposed to grow well in North Texas where I live.

My plants are not thriving as I wish they would. I will transplant them again and monitor the pH and other nutrients better to see if I am doing something wrong.

Followed all instructions in a controlled environment, we never had even one seed germinate. :(
