I purchased the Wasabi Power battery 2 pack charger to compliment the Sony RX 100 & the RX100miii. The package arrived on time. There were no frills to the packaging, but everything looked neat and organized. In addition to the charger and two batteries, a decent quality car/boat adapter is included, allowing you to charge while driving. There is also a European plug adapter. The charger is lightweight, but does not feel cheap or poorly produced. The batteries appear to be be well constructed and fit the battery compartment in the same fashion as the Sony battery. The charger took more than an hour, but less than hours to charge a fully depleted battery, it also works with the Sony batteries. The Wasabi brand batteries seem to last as long or a bit longer than the Sony battery. As for reports where people complain the Wasabi batteries don't communicate how much power they have remaining, I don't think that is unique to their brand of batteries. The Sony power meter seems to often be "catch as catch can". I carry the Sony RX100 everywhere, (the best camera is the one you have with you, and while i love my iPhone camera it isn't enough for my tastes.) and I shoot 30 to 100 shots per week. Not a day goes by when I am not taking at least a few shots with it. I am also a user of the electronic viewfinder and the wireless function, I mention this as they are power intensive chores for the battery and I average a week and a half between charges. I say all of this because when I swap between the Sony battery and the Wasabi branded batteries I can tell no difference in the experience and I can't say that for every non manufacturer battery I've purchased in the past. This Wasabi battery deal is outstanding bang for the buck.

Once again a five star product I'm giving four stars too. I love the fact these charge quick and have a color light to show when done. I love the wall aspect, sick of switching cables for cell phone, tablets, cameras. The reason for one star less is it doesn't work with actual Sony batteries, it's missing the cut out. So since I have to with no choice put my dead sony battery in my camera and wait like six hours or whatever it is I don't watch it I just wait for light to go off on camera, it's an inconvenience and I wish this charger took the sony's. Otherwise the charger and batteries as of day one seem to be working flawlessly. I like the car charger aspect, which means while on the road and since I have two if I go through one while street shooting or lake shooting I can just plug it into my car and get it charging right away, and maybe get half a charge would be my guess while I used the other battery for two hours of pics and vids of the birds, lake and flowers and that's a lot of footage. So pleased. I suppose if I ever travel the plug adaptor would come in handy but unlikely but kind of them to include it. It feels like solid construction of device nothing fancy but not just brittle plastic, car cord feels flimsy but acceptable, batteries feel real good and fit just perfectly, no warps or tight spots when inserting and if you try to put in wrong way they won't lock in so that's a nice thing for people like me that just have no idea which way to insert the battery or credit cards now adays, LOL. I have no idea what the MAH is compared to authentic sony battery, but having three batteries I think I have enough for almost anything. Oh, I use them with my new Sony RX 100 B if anyones interested. ps Kind of crooked when plugged in but doesn't seem to affect anything.

Compré estas baterias para una Sony DSCHX80 y son muy buenas, la carga dura bastante y no he tenido problema con que se sobrecalienten ni nada de eso. También el cargador que viene incluido me ha sido muy práctico, incluso he puesto a cargar la batería original de Sony y sin problemas. Si lo recomiendo.

I used this battery from last 3 months. Yeah there little bit problems with delivery of product I have received product after 15 days. Overall good performance you can easily capture around 300-350 shots. I'm using Sony HX400V. I think its a best product for this camera. I suggest if you like photography to much & want to be ready for whole day order this product. So u have total 3 batteries & you can charge whole day.😜

This charger is very good and easy to use. Red light is charging, green light is ready. It feels solid and the plug for Europe fits in place easily. If you consider that you would have spent more than 150 Euro for the Sony equivalents, this is a bargain.
