I don't get it!
I thought I was ordering something called a vertical grilling plank. For the life of me I can not figure out why this is described as that. There is nothing vertical about it. Cutting out joints in the plank seems to waste more wood than it saves. I much would have rather purchased a solid design grilling plank rather than ordering one with a seam down the center of it. Nothing to brag about here.
