A little cleaning wouldn't hurt!
This cart is a pretty good value for the money. It's obviously not a nice, heavy gauge stainless steel, but IS suitable for most any light to medium duty use. I have a heavy deli meat slicer on mine and that's just fine. It rolls nicely and seems stable enough for most uses. But because I'm an ornery old guy, I have to point out these negatives: (1) You'll need some tools. A screwdriver and a wrench. Be prepared to spend about an hour putting it together if you're doing it without help. Screwing the casters into the legs is a chore! You'd be well-advised to get a large monkey wrench, plumbers wrench or pliers wrench to help you get the casters screwed in all the way. It's impossible to do it by hand if you want them completely screwed in. (2) It's FILTHY out of the box. The low quality stainless steel is DIRTY. When you finally get it assembled, be prepared with some stainless steel cleaner... and some good soap for what will be blackened hands. (3) The top and sides of each shelf are plastered with a very hard-to-remove protective plastic sheet. It sticks like glue. It requires finger nails and a heavy dose of patience to get it started and then STRENGTH to SLOWLY pull it off. Pull too quickly and it's back to the fingernails again!
