These are amazing for pointe dancers. My daughter is continually getting blister and before the dogs she would have to take a few days off of pointe but now she just puts the dots on and continues with her classes.

A must buy for all ballet dancers.

My daughter uses these for dancing in her pointe shoes for ballet. She has tried other kind but likes these the best. Many reorders have happened and will continue to purchase this brand.

Used for multiple ballet pointe classes a week. They are super good for preventing blisters and rub spots inside pointe shoes (like on bunion spot) but I find I need to tape them down with bandaids or KT tape because they aren’t super sticky. They are not good to put in the tip of your box under top of your big toe for cushion, because they don’t spring back, but they flatten out and stay flat there. I Love that the package contains various sizes of the dots. So you can get exactly the amount of coverage you need. When used on the sides of the foot or heel they are very cushiony and are super at preventing blisters and rub marks!! Will be ordering more again.

These things are fantastic! I have a blister on my toe that keeps coming back so when I walk long distances it bothers me. But I put one of these on then a little athletic tape and boom instant comfort. They aren’t self adhesive so you need the tape or bandage to hold it in place.🤗 I would recommend these very highly. Thank you.
