beautiful, but has some flaws
I really like this diffuser for many reasons. It really is beautiful and the colors are really nice, and it generates a lot of mist, which is ALL very nice;However, it accumulates quite a LOT of water under the salt rocks, even after just one use (about 1/4" in the low part along the edge), making it necessary to empty out all the salt rocks each time and carefully dry them and the holder, before getting the diffuser ready for the next use (and diminishes the size of the salt rocks each time because they're sitting in water).Also, this diffuser has the LOUDEST beeps when setting the timer and color, and when it automatically shuts off, it beeps (VERY LOUDLY) 3 times, which is guaranteed to wake me up if I'm sleeping...And the gurgling water sounds are loud enough and random enough to not qualify as "white noise" in aiding sleep; on the contrary, they can wake me up at times and make it harder to fall asleep, so I am only running this during waking hours.But so far, I think I like it enough to keep it. I think it has an added healing effect because of the salt rocks, when added to the essential oils that I put in the water.

The app and WiFi function no longer work.
Great diffuser for anyone who's looking for wifi connected smart device. What you can control using voice are colors, brightness, diffuser on/off, to turn off the light on the diffuser just say: "Dim the 'device name' to 0 percent". The schedule function in the app doesn't work, but you can schedule the device in the Google Home/ Alexa anyway so it's not that big of a deal. Great looking diffuser, really big water tank could last a very long time. Using the app you can control everything you can using voice command plus diffuser strength, color changing modes, and 3 timer settings. The salt is gimmicky but add a very cool look and glow to the diffuser.Update: The old app that used to control the diffuser has been removed from the app store. I can't use the new app to connect to this diffuser at all. So you may not be able to use the WiFi functions on this device.

NOT WORTH IT!
This item did not diffuse,the motor never came on, a good light show was all this item did. Also their were no rocks included...

Easy control with app.
Pretty diffuser, came with salt rocks and extension pipes to raise the vapor. (Though the instruction book didn't even mention them). Works well, lasts all day, multiocolor and dim to bright options. Worth the money.

Disappointed
Loved this product but after one month it stopped working. I exchanged for another one and got the replacement 7/13/20. This replacement stopped working too as of 8/28. So disappointed.

Diffuser stopped working
Our diffuser stopped operating after 45 days. We have tried to contact the company about warranty but have been ignored.

Useless
Stopped working in the first month. After getting ahold of customer service they sent me an entirely new one that doesnt work either. I'm very disappointed as I spent a good amount of money on this diffuser and truly wanted it to work.
