Great cutter!
This is an amazing cutter. Super easy to use, it takes very little effort to cut tile with it. The thickest I’ve used it on so far has been 3/8” porcelain. It took very little pressure to snap the tiles. GLS, the seller was great to deal with. I had a missing part and they responded promptly and sent the part out to me in about a week. Absolutely recommend the cutter and the seller!

Time saver!!
Was able to cut slivers at 1/2” off of a 24” tile with no breakage. The tile saw, that arrived earlier than expected 🙂, performed better than I expected.

Easy cuts on long tiles.
I purchased this unit just for 2 bathrooms but it was a lifesaver for cutting my 36 inch porcelain tiles. Way better then to try and wet cut them with a monster wet saw. Nice and cleaner without water going all over the place. Sometimes it left a little burr at the end of the tile but you can just cut that off with a diamond dry blade mounted on a cutoff tool. What I like also is it is very light. Maybe 30 lbs.

Poor customer service on defective cutter
Attempting to cut 24x24 porcelain tile. After 6 cuts only 1 cut was “cleanish” drifting off the score mark towards the end of the tile but usable. With all the positive reviews i've seen for this cutter im convinced this is a defective unit. From my previous experience with similar cutters something just doesn't feel right about the way it cuts. I could not risk wasting anymore tiles so i went to the big box store and purchased a cutter for a fraction of the cost and continued the job with no issues. Due to Covid 19 related delays with this flooring project the cutter is now outside the return window. Hoping for some humanity and understanding to our situation i contacted the seller G Wholesale Flooring Supplies and they are refusing to accept a return of any kind due to it being used. I cannot afford to throw away $600 on this item that is unusable at anytime let alone in the middle of a pandemic where money is tight. Very disappointed, hoping Amazon may step in and make it right.

Fantastic cutter. I got the one that is big ...
Fantastic cutter. I got the one that is big enough to cut 36" tiles. It'll take some getting used to to know how much pressure to use with any given tile. Generally, start with a lighter pressure, with your hand further up on the handle, and then give it a few light bops near the edge with the breaker to separate the cut. It's big! But light for the size. Very happy with this thing.

If I can get refund, the oil was broken, and amply. It doesn’t have wings to support the tile while do the cuts, handle is sliding hard

Nice cutter to have
Nice cutter to have. If you do tile work, it’s worth it. If you even think you that you won’t be doing LFT tile i would still buy larger version. Any tile that has a lot of textured, it has problems but tile manufactures will state what to use to cut. I had to try anyway. Knocked out 2 bathrooms in 7 to 8 days.
