I bought this new in November 2017 and loved it. Great material, except the case that surrounded the phone was plastic, within 3 months all the corners had broken off, leaving me with no was to keep my phone in the case. I bought a few other cases but nothing was of the same quality for the price. I then reached out to the owner o see if they could make the same case with a rubber insert to hold the phone. I was informed that they recently made this change and would send me a new one-on them, which was completely unexpected as I was willing to pay for the new one.Just got my new case.Great customer service, great price, great quality.

The case is very attractive and would seem to protect the IPhone SE well. However, one can only recharge the phone by removing it from the case. The case is constructed in a manner that prevents the charge cable from being fully inserted into the phone.

I LOVE this phone case! I had another one that was leather and it held up for about a year or so. Using something every single day, lasting a year is a good purchase for me. I liked it, but wanted to see if I could find one that would hold up longer. I obviously haven't had this one for a year, but just upon receiving, it is made with MUCH better quality and I think it will hold up as long as I want to use it until I get tired of it. The color was pretty true to the picture on mine. I ordered the plum color case. You struggle to keep it closed with more than 2 cards in each slot, but for what I use it for, I don't need more than 2 cards in this case. I am very happy with my purchase and if I get a new phone, I am going to look here first to get another case.

This is nice, high quality wallet/phone holder. However, as others have mentioned, the credit card slots are incredibly tight. I kind of ignored those comments thinking they were an anomaly. They weren't. Why make them so tight? Hopefully they'll loosen. Otherwise, this would have received 5-stars.

The case itself looks and feels really nice, but, in 3 weeks of use, parts are coming apart already. It also makes it so you can't use a flash on the camera without getting a glow effect on the image. We've had better luck with far less expensive cases. It's going back.

Very well-made. My only concern is that the card sits are a bit too tight and I had to cut the leather a tiny bit so my card and ID would fit.

I would have given this case five stars if the slots for credit cards were wide enough to accommodate a credit card. The styling is very handsome and my 5SE iPhone fits perfectly. Very chic. Perhaps if I had another case exactly the same the slots might have been a little more generous.

I love my Snakehive phone case. The leather is very soft. The phone holder is flexible so I won’t have to worry about it breaking. The only problem I have is with the card slots. I wish they were just a little bit bigger, but hopefully with use they won’t be a problem. The magnetic closure is strong and secure. I would definitely buy this case again.

There's no doubt about it - this case is beautifully made. The quality of the leather and the stitching give a luxurious look and feel. It is well designed and the card slots really come in handy. It is an expensive case but certainly seemed good value for money. Disappointingly, I've had it for two months and it is now unusable. The actual matte plastic that houses the phone broke on one side meaning my phone just falls out of it. As I have never dropped/banged it I was surprised that it wore down so quickly. I have attached a photo where you can see the break. Hope you find this review useful.

Lovely quality leather and looks good on - however was a real struggle getting phone in the case in the first place and I hope it softens up over time. Mine has no cut out in the edge strip for the power button (it’s marked out and the plastic projects forward here, but encases the button) - I’m not sure it’s meant to be like that but will contact manufacturer on this point.As a follow up to this, I have since sent back the case & requested a refund - plastic retaining piece part obscured the charger port so phone needed to be removed from case to charge which is crazy. Also microphone part obscured so hard to make yourself heard. It’s almost as if the plastic on mine was too small for the phone - maybe just a blip with this one, but such as shame as loved the look of it. Have downgraded from 4 to 2 stars.

Leather case is excellent. The soft transparent housing for the phone isn't as good as the hard plastic one in both the case I'm throwing away, and the picture shown on this site. I would probably not have purchased it if the picture had been accurate.Rating reduced from 4 stars to 2, as the floppy plastic housing causes problems in getting the phone to charge. Sometimes I have to remove the phone from it to charge successfully. Likely to be discarded soon, I suspect.

At first i wasn't sure, as it is always a gamble buying phone cases on line. When it arrived I was very impressed with the quality but struggled with the cover as I don't usually buy cases like this. I even put it in a cupboard and decided to put the purchase down to experience. However I then decided to persevere and put some old loyalty cards in the slots to loosen them up a bit and changed the configuration of my in car holder. So here we are a few weeks in and I absolutely love it. The build quality is as good as ever and it is now starting to get that "weathered" look. I still haven't put any value cards in the slots, maybe as a man I am too attached to my wallet.Yes I recommend it

I was disappointed with this to be honest. I normally buy very cheap phone cases so for me this was more expensive than I would usually pay. it is beautiful to look at and the phone fits snuggly inside. The big problem is that the outer cover marks incredibly easily. I am careful with it but it had permanent scuffs and marks within a couple of days. I would not buy again.
